At Wrenchers Warehouse we sell Ranger products that are constructed with your safety and your employees safety in mind. OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.177 (workplace tire safety). The new Ranger Tire Inflation Cage can accommodate virtually every type of tire and wheel combination ranging including long-haul truck, bus, off-road, small passenger vehicle tires and military tires and is safety approved.
Designed using high-yield, seamless steel tubing with expansion properties, 2-3/8” diameter ensures strength, durability and safety. The mandrel has a gradual upper-arched bent tube designed to yield maximum space and engineered to withstand (and contain) wheel and tire projectiles under extreme tire ruptures.
The RIC-4716 stands 49 1/2" tall and is 21” wide with features of: four welded-steel bars!
With a welded solid-steel base and having a full-width angle-iron wheel cradle, that keeps wheels contained safely, during all inflation procedures, it handles a maximum tire width of 16" tires and maximum diameter of 47", a demanding performance. .
IMPORTANT NOTE: Exploding tires have a very high potential for severe injury and death. Tire inflation safety cages are mandatory! Ranger Tire inflation cages provide valuable protection and exceed the OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.177 for servicing multi-piece and single-piece rim wheels.
